This Privacy Policy explains how days plus ("we", "us", or "the App") collects, uses, and protects your information.
We do not collect any personal information.
All data you create within the App (including but not limited to nicknames, countdown events, categories, notes, tags, and ratings) is stored solely on your local device and in your personal iCloud account. We cannot access, view, or collect this data.
All user data is stored using the following methods:
· Local Database: SQLite database within the App. Data resides only on your device.
· iCloud Sync (if enabled): Data syncs between your devices via Apple's NSUbiquitousKeyValueStore. iCloud sync is fully protected by Apple's end-to-end encryption — we cannot access it.
· Preferences: App preferences (such as notification toggles) are stored in local SharedPreferences.
This App does not use any third-party analytics tools, advertising SDKs, user tracking services, or data reporting services. Your usage behavior is not recorded or analyzed.
In-app purchases are processed through the Apple App Store (StoreKit) and Google Play Billing. Payment information is handled directly by Apple and Google — we do not receive your payment details.
We do not sell, rent, or share any of your data with any third party.
In the event of a legal requirement, we may be compelled to disclose user data; however, since we do not actually hold any user data, such requests cannot be fulfilled.
· Access: You can view all your data within the App at any time.
· Export: You can use the "Export Data" feature in Settings to export all event data in JSON format.
· Delete: You can use the "Clear All Data" feature in Settings to permanently delete all data. You may also delete individual events at any time.
· Stop Sync: You can disable iCloud sync for this App in your iOS System Settings.
This App is not designed for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updated policies will be published within the App, and material changes will be communicated via in-app notification.
